Thirteen Chimes at Gloamspire Manor
Some houses are haunted. Some houses are hungry. Gloamspire Manor is mostly just rude.
Three nights before Harvest’s End, the abandoned mansion begins chiming at midnight. Twelve notes ring across Duskhollow, followed by an impossible thirteenth tone that seems to sound inside the listener’s skull. Invitations appear in handwriting the recipients recognize as their own. The village is losing pieces of time, and something upstairs is counting down.
Thirteen Chimes at Gloamspire Manor is a haunted-house mystery for 3–5 adventurers of levels 3–6. The party explores a reactive mansion filled with clues, environmental puzzles, traps, dark humor, and purposeful combat. Gloamspire rewards courtesy, resents destruction, plays jokes, hides evidence, and may decide the adventurers are its best chance of surviving the night.
What the characters discover matters. Recovered tools and uncovered secrets can change the finale, while the party’s choices determine whether the master of Gloamspire is destroyed, defeated, or finally convinced to let go.
